It lets you use your [Caps Lock] key to quick launch a new Google Chrome tab from anywhere, even if Chrome isn’t running. Basically it’s like having a special key on the keyboard, just like Windows key, only this one is for Google Chrome giving you instant access to web search and navigation.

TabsLock will run automatically after you install it, and this icon will run in your system tray and by right clicking on the icon you can access controls. If you still need to use [CapsLock] key you can do so by holding down [Shift] and [CapsLock] keys at the same time.
